    • inject styles immediately

The plugin is great, but as for me the main con of it is that it loads styles after document is ready (hopefully it's not acting the same for JS), which causes the page to twitch on every reload in my case (which is annoying). Why not to include them immediately like it's done in similar chrome plugin "Custom Style Script"?

            Hi Denis,

Thanks for taking the time to share your idea. I’ve raised an issue on GitHub, where the source code for this project is hosted, so that it isn’t lost:

            https://github.com/neocotic/injector-chrome/issues/11

I think this is a fine idea but will probably not be picked up until after the current redesign of the options page (which provides a great emphasis to the editor, much like an IDE) been completed.

            Kind regards,
            Alasdair

I think this is very interesting, however, we will most likely have to wait until the current redesign of the options page has been completed as I don’t want to add unnecessary complexity to that effort at this stage.

I made a conscious decision to not support adding libraries such as jQuery right now as there’s lots of other features needing done first.

If it was to be added, it would be in a drop down selection fashion, and not via in-script functions as these would be harder to maintain, upgrade, and avoid conflicts with.

I’ll mark this as under review but this is truely a backlog item in my opinion.

                  Hi,

Thanks for using Injector and I’m glad you like it. I’m not sure how easy or useful that would be since users can simply copy & paste from the editor.

That said; we are planning on adding the ability to synchronize selected snippets across your devices which you may find a useful alternative. No ETA on this feature as of now though.

                  Kind regards,
                  Alasdair

                • allow more granular domain selection

is there any way to select which websites to inject into other than domain name? such as regex pattern matching or wildcard support?
